# Jared Furtado > Jared Furtado is a Computer Engineering student at Goa College of Engineering (2024–2028) in Goa, India, and is still early in learning. He has practised with React, Next.js and Node.js through personal projects, two client websites and eight hackathons, and is learning DevOps (Docker, GitHub Actions, Terraform and Kubernetes) through the 100xDevs cohort and small projects of his own. Runs on a scheduled GitHub Actions workflow with no server, writing results to public CSVs. - [Latex-Service](https://github.com/jjf2009/Latex-Service): An Express.js microservice with a REST API that compiles LaTeX source to PDF. Fully Dockerized as a single stateless container. - [secure-image-encryption-aes-256-gcm](https://github.com/jjf2009/secure-image-encryption-aes-256-gcm): Encrypts images client-side with AES-256-GCM via the Web Crypto API, so no plaintext or key touches a server.
